By accessing or using skyblue-soft.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About This Site
This Site is an informational marketing site for Skyblue Soft, the company behind Sentinel AI Firewall. It requires no account or login. Sentinel AI Firewall itself is a separate product operated at sentinelaifirewall.com, governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — the terms on that site, not this one, apply to any Sentinel account, API usage, or billing.
3. Email Communications
If you submit your email through the "Stay updated on Sentinel" form, you agree to receive occasional product-update and marketing emails from us about Sentinel. This is opt-in — submitting the form is the only way to be added, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the legal basis and retention details.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
This Site links to and embeds services we don't control, each governed by its own terms: Sentinel AI Firewall, our open-source projects on GitHub (SlopScan, claude-hookscanner), our blog content hosted on dev.to, our Discord community, and the Calendly scheduling widget on our Book a Demo page. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this Site belong to Skyblue Soft unless otherwise noted. Our open-source projects are separately licensed (see their respective GitHub repositories) and those licenses govern your use of that code, not these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
This Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyblue Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.
